Our interview process is always free as well as any information you gather from it. These meetings are done virtually and usually last about 30 minutes. Not every Doula is the same, so this is our chance to get to know one another and make sure we are a good match!

From there we will meet up 2-3 times before baby! These appointments don’t have a time limit but usually last about 60-90 minutes. These are no pressure check-ins, but foundational build in order to gather your wishes for birth and make a plan.

Contractually, I am by your side for active labor until an hour post birth. However, this can vary slightly based on client and client need as evaluated within our prenatal meetings.

I also sometimes include one virtual follow-up appointment at which we can debrief the birth experience, chat recovery, or breastfeeding. My intention is to make sure your transition to home is as smooth as possible.

All of these services are included in our cost.

Private Clients pay 1/2 contractual cost at signing and second 1/2 of fee is due by 35 weeks gestation.
